The Talmudic Encyclopedia has begun a new series
of updating and completing entries on current topics
The first book in this series is: "Fertility Treatments in Light of Halacha." The book contains detailed discussions and numerous halachic sources related to modern fertility treatments such as *artificial insemination, *in vitro fertilization, *pre-implantation genetic diagnosis, and more. Additionally, the book discusses in detail the definitions of fatherhood and motherhood, the halachic status of a newborn through modern fertility treatments, the halachic status of a fertilized egg, and more.
